Refund policy

1. General Policy
At Coshi.store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them, in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Cyprus consumer protection laws.

 

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, tags, and manuals.

  • Not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 3).

 

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Opened candles, fragrances, or other consumables.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling.

 

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at in@coshi.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 3 days using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

 

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item is returned in a non-sellable condition, we may decline the refund.

 

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
