  • Shipping via ASC to locker: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping to ASC office: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • Courier Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on location.

  • International delivery: Estimated delivery within 5-60 business days, depending on location.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

  • Free delivery around Cyprus may be available for orders above 250 euro amount.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.

6. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the provided carrier link.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

8. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Policy
At Coshi.store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them, in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Cyprus consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, tags, and manuals.

  • Not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 3).

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Opened candles, fragrances, or other consumables.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item is returned in a non-sellable condition, we may decline the refund.
